After your comprehensive one-on-one sessions, you and your practitioner will reassess your training schedule based on your progress and goals. While private sessions provide the most personalized and impactful results, approved clients may also have the option to join Group Classes, FUNDAMENTALS and PERFORMANCE to complement their training—once key milestones are met.
Work on the 10-week Online Course is recommended in conjunction with these classes for best results.
Movements in this class are geared toward dynamic and complex movements while maintaining the principles of concepts learned in Fundamentals classes.
