Group Training Classes

Our Small Group Classes are available 6 days a week, with morning and evening options available at our St. Louis Park headquarters.

We train your body the way it was built to move—standing, walking, running, and throwing. These four core patterns are the foundation of Functional Patterns.

By restoring balance and proper tension through them, we help anyone—at any age or fitness level—move better, stand taller, and live with less pain. You’ll gain the tools to improve posture, boost efficiency, and build a body that supports you for life.

The Full FP Journey

As you progress through your Personal Training, your plan can evolve with you.

After your comprehensive one-on-one sessions, you and your practitioner will reassess your training schedule based on your progress and goals. While private sessions provide the most personalized and impactful results, approved clients may also have the option to join Group Classes, FUNDAMENTALS and PERFORMANCE to complement their training—once key milestones are met.

Fundamentals

This class is oriented towards mastering the basic techniques of Functional Patterns, correcting your standing posture, learning how to maintain tensions in your body during controlled movements and prepping you towards more dynamic movements.

Fundamentals classes are designed for members who have attended myofascial release (MFR) classes and a minimum of 5 private sessions.

Work on the 10-week Online Course is recommended in conjunction with these classes for best results.

Performance

To progress to this class, you are required to have completed the 10 week Online Program, 5 private sessions, 3 months of Fundamentals classes, and the approval from your practitioner.

Movements in this class are geared toward dynamic and complex movements while maintaining the principles of concepts learned in Fundamentals classes.

We offer Small Group Training Classes at our headquarters in St Louis Park. Prerequisites apply for group classes.

Virtual sessions are also available. Each session or class is 55 minutes.
