You’ll start with myofascial release (MFR/strategic self-massage), postural corrections, and key Functional Patterns exercises tailored to your body.
As you progress, we’ll begin integrating nutrition, recovery, and mindset—building a foundation for lasting change.
These early sessions are essential for learning how to move with proper tension, correct dysfunctions, and stay injury-free for life.
These private sessions are best designed for those who live outside the Twin Cities area, or who otherwise have difficulty commuting to our St Louis Park or Blaine facility. Train in the comfort of your own home or workout space.
After your comprehensive one-on-one sessions, you and your practitioner will reassess your training schedule based on your progress and goals. While private sessions provide the most personalized and impactful results, approved clients may also have the option to join Group Classes to complement their training—once key milestones are met.
