Your Needs Assessed

In just 1 hour and 45 minutes, you’ll finally understand why your body hurts—and what to do about it.

We’ll assess your posture and gait to uncover the movement patterns causing your pain. Together, we’ll review the findings, discuss your goals, and show you how Functional Patterns can help.

Optimal Program Plan for You

Armed with insight from your assessment, we’ll pair you with a practitioner and use your assessment results to create a personalized training plan designed to get you moving pain-free—for good.

If needed, we will recommend an at-home program designed to alleviate joint stiffness and increase performance both at the same time.

The collaboration of private sessions with your at home program, amplifies your results.

Personalized Transformation

Your journey begins with one-on-one sessions guided by your dedicated practitioner.

You’ll start with myofascial release (MFR/strategic self-massage), postural corrections, and key Functional Patterns exercises tailored to your body.

As you progress, we’ll begin integrating nutrition, recovery, and mindset—building a foundation for lasting change.

These early sessions are essential for learning how to move with proper tension, correct dysfunctions, and stay injury-free for life.

Private Virtual Training Sessions

These private sessions are best designed for those who live outside the Twin Cities area, or who otherwise have difficulty commuting to our St Louis Park or Blaine facility. Train in the comfort of your own home or workout space.

Full Journey

As you progress, your plan can evolve with you.

After your comprehensive one-on-one sessions, you and your practitioner will reassess your training schedule based on your progress and goals. While private sessions provide the most personalized and impactful results, approved clients may also have the option to join Group Classes to complement their training—once key milestones are met.
