Myofascial Release is a type of self initiated massage that helps you feel better by loosening tight spots in your body. Over time, stress, injuries, or bad posture can make the soft tissue around your muscles (called fascia) get stiff and stuck.
Restricted fascia can pull your body out of balance and cause pain—like backaches, sore joints, or tight shoulders. With Myofascial Release (MFR), you gently press or roll on those tight spots to help them relax. This takes pressure off your muscles and joints, helps you move more easily, and makes your pain go away over time.
